How to set up the pools?
To be able to set up pools and workers on an unlimited number of miners in one network, you need to download and open the Hashcore Toolkit
When running the Toolkit program for the first time, you need to specify the network range where the miners are located in order to start interacting with them.
- Click the + New group button
- In the window that opens, on the Ranges tab, specify: group name, group description, and network range, e.g. 192.168.1.1 – 192.168.1.255
Open the miner group we created:
- Select the miners to which you want to assign pools and workers from the list and click “All commands” – “ChangePools.”
- Next, fill in the primary and reserve pool stratums and workers.
- You can make a worker unique for each miner by entering the primary worker name with a dot at the end in the “Pool Worker” field and selecting a unique subworker output option (e.g., the fourth octet of the IP address) using the “+” sign. After entering the data, a preview of the full worker name will be displayed.
- Next, click “Save Pools Config” and click “Yes” to complete the process of transferring the settings to the miners.
There’s also an option to pre-save pool configurations (presets) so you can use them to transfer to different groups of miners.
- Fill in the pool stratums and workers and then click “Save preset“
- Use the “Pool Presets” filter to select the desired template and then click “Save Pools Config” for further transfer to miners.
- Use the “manage presets” menu to delete or add a new preset.
